About DefenseLogix

Cybersecurity advisory grounded in real-world execution.

DefenseLogix provides vCISO-led cybersecurity advisory for organizations that need experienced guidance without building a full internal leadership stack.

Approach

Practical security work that improves trust, resilience, and readiness.

The firm focuses on practical security work across communications, operations, audit support, compliance, and emerging technology. That includes fractional security leadership, audit and assessment support, email security and domain trust, government and CMMC readiness, AI risk management, technical documentation and training, and selected cyber-physical reviews.

DefenseLogix is built for organizations that need more than generic advice. Many clients need an advisor who can assess risk, explain priorities clearly, help shape a roadmap, support audit preparation, and help move implementation forward in environments where time, staffing, and internal bandwidth are limited.

What makes the approach different

Five operating principles.

01

Advisory tied to execution

Recommendations are tied to usable outcomes: documents, configurations, runbooks, training. Not just slides.

02

Security as communication

Security is treated as both a technical and communication problem. Clarity matters as much as control selection.

03

Audit support that closes loops

Audit support includes controls, evidence, documentation, and readiness thinking. Not just framework crosswalks.

04

Documentation as maturity

Documentation, training, and operational clarity are part of security maturity, not an afterthought.

05

Practical progress

The focus is on practical progress, not unnecessary bureaucracy. We move forward, every engagement.
